TO LEARN OR NOT TO LEARN: Are Children With Learning Differences Set Up for Success? released on June 6 focusing on whether school districts in Marin are adequately informing parents and guardians of their rights under state and federal laws to special education services if their children have learning differences.

A ninth report was released June 10: Spending Public Money to Preserve Marin’s Agricultural Heritage: Is Anyone Watching?. It addresses how the County spends Measure A tax revenues to preserve its natural beauty and agricultural heritage.

Older Adults on the Brink of Homelessness: Time to Act is Now released on June 21 addresses the plight of older adults in Marin who face the prospect of falling into homelessness due to their limited financial means and the lack of affordable housing.

Marin County Justice Center: A Model for Change is the final report released June 28 by the 2023-2024 civil grand jury, which addresses the dated and deteriorating conditions of the Marin County Jail and Juvenile Hall (2024).
