Jurors who have served on a Marin County Civil Grand Jury have organized as the Marin Chapter of the California Grand Jurors’ Association (CGJA), a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation designated an IRS Section 501(C) (3) Tax Exempt Corporation.
The Marin Chapter provides an organizational structure within which you may donate your time, your energy, and your expertise to the support of the Civil Grand Jury program in Marin County. Members of the Marin Chapter have served on one or more Civil Grand Juries; we invite you to join us 1) in the recruiting, selection and training of a new Grand Jury and 2) in following up on the investigating and reporting of the operations of local government to the benefit of better governance in Marin County. Members of the Marin Chapter continue to contribute to governance in Marin County and will engage as private citizens in pursuing and influencing the implementation of report recommendations.
If you are a past or current Marin County Civil Grand Juror and wish to continue to support the Civil Grand Jury, please join us by filling out and submitting the form below. After submission you will receive a copy by email for your records.
You can make your dues payment via PayPal using the PayPal entry form below the Application. (You do not need to have an account with PayPal. You will be able to pay with a debit or credit card if you prefer.) Alternately, after submitting the form you can mail a check payable to MCCGJA to:
