The 2018 Grand Jury follow up report, Body-worn Cameras and Marin Law Enforcement, found with the exception of Sausalito, all county law enforcement agencies were following the 2013-14 Marin Civil Grand Jury’s recommendation that body-worn cameras be used. Today’s Marin IJ article reports Sausalito City Council has pledged to fund 30 cameras for their police department during this period of Covid-19 economic downturn.
