Altered Schedule for 2020-2021 Civil Grand Jury

Directive from Judge Andrew Sweet, Marin Civil Grand Jury Presiding Judge: 

After consulting many of you, other PJ’s around the state and the California Grand Jurors’ Association, the Court has decided to extend the current Grand Jury until and including September 30, 2020 and delay impaneling the 20/21 Grand Jury until after that time or until a different time as circumstances warrant. The current Grand Jury will not be expected to assume additional duties beyond those already assumed. Instead it may complete projects that are already underway. Upon request of the Foreperson, the Court will consider an earlier discharge of the current Grand Jury.
